Objectives

Criminal employment law is playing an increasingly important role within companies and must be the subject of prevention, so as to limit the incurring of criminal liability on the part of company executives.
The aim of this training course is as follows:

  • Defining employers’ safety obligations
  • Identifying risk situations so as to be able to anticipate them
  • Implementing risk prevention measures in line with the employer’s safety obligation (moral or sexual harassment, discrimination, occupational accidents, etc.).
