Vittoria OUVRARD specialized in health law from her university studies onward. In 2010, she obtained a Master’s degree (Master 1) in “Health Law, Insurance Law, Biomedical Law, Medical Law and Pharmaceutical Law” from the Faculty of Aix-en-Provence, followed in 2011 by a professional Master’s degree (Master 2) in “Medical and Pharmaceutical Law.” She particularly focused on medical liability law and medical insurance law.
Vittoria OUVRARD joined the firm in 2010 and was admitted to the bar in 2015.
She is primarily responsible for assisting and representing physicians and healthcare institutions before civil, administrative, and professional disciplinary courts, as well as in proceedings before the CCI. She also assists physicians and healthcare institutions during adversarial medical expert assessments.
Vittoria OUVRARD has been a partner since January 2026.
She mainly practices in Marseille.
