Bruno Zandotti

Maître Bruno ZANDOTTI is responsible for all cases relating to medical liability. He also specialises in insurance law and personal injury compensation.

Soon after being sworn in as a lawyer in 1998, he focused on health law and all related matters.

In this capacity, he appears before the civil courts and the CCI.

In addition to traditional medical litigation, he advises doctors and insurance brokers specialising in medical matters. In particular, he has developed special expertise in protecting the liability of healthcare establishments and practitioners, in conjunction with insurance law.

In this respect, he is a regular speaker at conferences.

He has also developed particular expertise in litigation involving motor vehicles.

He practices mainly in Marseille.

Jean-François Abeille

Jean-François ABEILLE has been an honorary lawyer since January 2021, and continues to provide training and advice. Jean-François Abeille was sworn in as a barrister in 1975 and was the first winner of the Conférence du Stage.

He holds a doctorate in law (thesis prize) and two Postgraduate Diplomas (Private Law and Criminal Sciences). He practised mainly in civil litigation.

At the firm, he dealt mainly with high-stakes liability cases, in terms of financial impact and legal complexity. He was particularly involved in very large personal injury cases, industrial liability and the liability of agents such as lawyers and chartered accountants.

At the same time, he was a lecturer at the Faculty of Law in Aix-en-Provence, where he taught Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Medical Liability. He was also Deputy Director of the Health Law Centre
