In 2010, she obtained a Master\u2019s degree (Master 1) in \u201cHealth Law, Insurance Law, Biomedical Law, Medical Law and Pharmaceutical Law\u201d from the Faculty of Aix-en-Provence, followed in 2011 by a professional Master\u2019s degree (Master 2) in \u201cMedical and Pharmaceutical Law.\u201d She particularly focused on medical liability law and medical insurance law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vittoria OUVRARD joined the firm in 2010 and was admitted to the bar in 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She is primarily responsible for assisting and representing physicians and healthcare institutions before civil, administrative, and professional disciplinary courts, as well as in proceedings before the CCI.
