{"id":11011,"date":"2023-04-28T16:12:32","date_gmt":"2023-04-28T16:12:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/abeille.law\/team\/stephane-gallo-avocat\/"},"modified":"2023-09-08T11:31:25","modified_gmt":"2023-09-08T11:31:25","slug":"stephane-gallo-avocat","status":"publish","type":"team","link":"https:\/\/abeille.law\/en\/team\/stephane-gallo-avocat\/","title":{"rendered":"St\u00e9phane Gallo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">St\u00e9phane Gallo joined Abeille &amp; Associ\u00e9s in 1997 and became a partner in 2000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He holds an American law degree (LL.M) from the Connecticut School of Law and began his career practising mainly in business law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The growing demand within Abeille &amp; Associ\u00e9s for advice on real estate law, business transfers and residential and commercial leases has led him to focus his practice on these areas of private law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">St\u00e9phane GALLO is qualified as a specialist in property law by the Bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both as an adviser and in litigation, this sector deals with the various branches that make up real estate law (insurance &#8211; residential leases &#8211; commercial leases &#8211; co-ownership &#8211; easements &#8211; construction &#8211; neighbourhood disturbances).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">St\u00e9phane GALLO also provides his clients with specific, tailor-made training and runs conferences and seminars on various subjects relating to property law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since 2005, St\u00e9phane GALLO has also been heavily involved in the various bodies of the profession within the Marseille Bar.
