{"id":9866,"date":"2019-07-26T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-07-26T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/abeille-preprod.eliott-markus.cloud\/eco-pret-taux-zero\/"},"modified":"2019-07-26T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2019-07-26T00:00:00","slug":"eco-pret-taux-zero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/abeille.law\/en\/eco-pret-taux-zero\/","title":{"rendered":"Du changement pour l\u2019\u00e9co-pr\u00eat \u00e0 taux z\u00e9ro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Depuis le 1er juillet 2019, l\u2019\u00e9co-PTZ est \u00e9tendu aux logements achev\u00e9s de plus de 2 ans.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019<strong>\u00e9co-pr\u00eat \u00e0 taux z\u00e9ro<\/strong>, applicable jusqu\u2019au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2021, est un dispositif qui permet de financer, sans int\u00e9r\u00eat, des travaux d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique d\u2019un logement ancien et utilis\u00e9 en tant que r\u00e9sidence principale par son propri\u00e9taire, un locataire ou un occupant \u00e0 titre gratuit. Un dispositif octroy\u00e9 sans condition de ressources et plafonn\u00e9 \u00e0 30\u00a0000\u00a0\u20ac par logement.<\/p>\n<section>\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u00e9cision\u00a0:\u00a0les travaux doivent, en principe, \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par une entreprise b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019un signe de qualit\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0<em>reconnu garant de l\u2019environnement<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb (<strong>RGE<\/strong>). En outre, les travaux \u00e9ligibles doivent concerner notamment l\u2019isolation et\/ou l\u2019installation d\u2019\u00e9quipements permettant l\u2019utilisation de source d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelable ou conduire \u00e0 r\u00e9habiliter un syst\u00e8me d\u2019assainissement non collectif.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<p>Pour les offres \u00e9mises depuis le 1er juillet 2019, l\u2019\u00e9co-PTZ a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019am\u00e9nagements. Tout d\u2019abord, le dispositif est \u00e9tendu \u00e0 tous les logements achev\u00e9s depuis plus de 2 ans \u00e0 la date de d\u00e9but des travaux. Ensuite, une cat\u00e9gorie de travaux a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 la liste\u00a0: les travaux d\u2019isolation des planchers bas. En outre, la dur\u00e9e de remboursement de l\u2019\u00e9co-PTZ est d\u00e9sormais port\u00e9e uniform\u00e9ment \u00e0 15 ans.
