{"id":9846,"date":"2019-07-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-07-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/abeille-preprod.eliott-markus.cloud\/14-juillet-incidence-entreprise\/"},"modified":"2019-07-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2019-07-01T00:00:00","slug":"14-juillet-incidence-entreprise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/abeille.law\/en\/14-juillet-incidence-entreprise\/","title":{"rendered":"Jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 du 14 juillet : quelles incidences pour l\u2019entreprise ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hormis le 1<sup>er<\/sup>\u00a0mai qui fait l\u2019objet de r\u00e8gles particuli\u00e8res, vous pouvez demander \u00e0 vos salari\u00e9s de venir travailler durant les <strong>jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s<\/strong>. \u00c0 moins qu\u2019un accord d\u2019entreprise ou, \u00e0 d\u00e9faut, votre convention collective s\u2019y oppose.<\/p>\n<section>\n<ul>\n<li>Exception\u00a0:\u00a0en principe, les jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s ordinaires sont obligatoirement des <strong>jours ch\u00f4m\u00e9s<\/strong> pour les jeunes de moins de 18\u00a0ans et pour les salari\u00e9s des entreprises du Haut-Rhin, du Bas-Rhin et de la Moselle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<p>Mais attention, car cette ann\u00e9e, le 14\u00a0juillet tombe un dimanche\u00a0! Aussi, seuls les employeurs qui disposent d\u2019une d\u00e9rogation au repos dominical pourront faire travailler leurs salari\u00e9s ce jour-l\u00e0. Si c\u2019est votre cas, v\u00e9rifiez votre convention collective qui peut allouer une majoration de salaire au profit des salari\u00e9s qui travaillent un jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9. En outre, elle peut aussi pr\u00e9voir une majoration en cas de <a title=\"Droit du travail et de la protection sociale\" href=\"fr\/domaines-competences\/droit-travail-protection-sociale\">travail<\/a> le dimanche. Sachant qu\u2019en principe, ces deux majorations ne se cumulent pas lorsque le jour travaill\u00e9 tombe un dimanche.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, sachez que la loi ne pr\u00e9voit aucun report ou contrepartie en faveur des salari\u00e9s lorsqu\u2019un jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 co\u00efncide avec un jour de repos.
