Ce plan rappelle aux employeurs les mesures \u00e0 mettre en place pour <strong>prot\u00e9ger la sant\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s<\/strong> en cas d\u2019\u00e9pisodes caniculaires.<\/p>\n<p>Les employeurs doivent ainsi int\u00e9grer le risque de fortes chaleurs dans leur d\u00e9marche d\u2019\u00e9valuation des risques professionnels, dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration du document unique d\u2019\u00e9valuation des risques et dans la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un plan d\u2019action pr\u00e9voyant des mesures correctives.<\/p>\n<section>\n<ul>\n<li>Rappel\u00a0:\u00a0les employeurs doivent notamment mettre \u00e0 la disposition des travailleurs de l\u2019eau potable fra\u00eeche pour la boisson (\u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des postes de travail si possible) et veiller \u00e0 ce que, dans les locaux ferm\u00e9s o\u00f9 le personnel est appel\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u00e9journer, l\u2019air soit renouvel\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 \u00e9viter les \u00e9l\u00e9vations exag\u00e9r\u00e9es de temp\u00e9rature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<p>En outre, des recommandations particuli\u00e8res sont adress\u00e9es aux employeurs pour limiter les risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019expositions des salari\u00e9s \u00e0 de fortes chaleurs.
