Mais \u00e0 condition qu\u2019elles cessent leur activit\u00e9 pendant au moins 8\u00a0semaines.<\/p>\n<p>La derni\u00e8re loi de financement de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale avait commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 rapprocher les r\u00e8gles li\u00e9es \u00e0 la maternit\u00e9 applicables aux <strong>travailleuses ind\u00e9pendantes non agricoles<\/strong> de celles pr\u00e9vues pour les salari\u00e9es. Un rapprochement qui vient d\u2019\u00eatre finalis\u00e9 par d\u00e9cret.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"title\">Une dur\u00e9e d\u2019indemnisation allong\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p>Dans le cadre d\u2019une <strong>grossesse<\/strong>, les travailleuses ind\u00e9pendantes (commer\u00e7antes, artisanes et professionnelles lib\u00e9rales) peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de deux prestations\u00a0: une <strong>allocation forfaitaire de repos maternel<\/strong> et une <strong>indemnit\u00e9 forfaitaire journali\u00e8re<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Auparavant, elles pouvaient se voir attribuer une indemnit\u00e9 forfaitaire pendant, en principe, une dur\u00e9e maximale de 74\u00a0jours, soit environ 10\u00a0semaines.
