{"id":9795,"date":"2019-04-23T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-04-23T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/abeille-preprod.eliott-markus.cloud\/visite-medicale-apprentis\/"},"modified":"2019-04-23T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2019-04-23T00:00:00","slug":"visite-medicale-apprentis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/abeille.law\/en\/visite-medicale-apprentis\/","title":{"rendered":"Du nouveau pour la visite d\u2019embauche des apprentis"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>La <strong>visite d\u2019information et de pr\u00e9vention des apprentis<\/strong> peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par un m\u00e9decin exer\u00e7ant en secteur ambulatoire.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Les apprentis doivent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier, dans les\u00a02\u00a0mois qui suivent leur prise de poste dans l\u2019entreprise ou avant celle-ci s\u2019ils sont mineurs, d\u2019une visite d\u2019information et de pr\u00e9vention r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par un m\u00e9decin du travail. Une visite qu\u2019il est parfois difficile d\u2019organiser dans le d\u00e9lai imparti.<\/p>\n<p>Aussi, pour les <strong>contrats d\u2019apprentissage<\/strong> conclus entre le\u00a030\u00a0avril\u00a02019 et le\u00a031\u00a0octobre\u00a02021, la visite d\u2019information et de pr\u00e9vention des apprentis, sauf pour ceux relevant de l\u2019enseignement agricole, peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e par un m\u00e9decin exer\u00e7ant en secteur ambulatoire. Il peut s\u2019agir soit d\u2019un m\u00e9decin ayant conclu une convention avec le service de sant\u00e9 au travail dont d\u00e9pend l\u2019employeur soit, en l\u2019absence de convention ou en cas d\u2019indisponibilit\u00e9 de ce m\u00e9decin, de tout m\u00e9decin exer\u00e7ant dans le secteur ambulatoire (par exemple, le m\u00e9decin traitant de l\u2019apprenti).<\/p>\n<section class=\"annotation\">\n<p>\u00c0 savoir : l\u2019employeur peut recourir \u00e0 un tel m\u00e9decin si le service de sant\u00e9 au travail ne r\u00e9pond pas, dans les\u00a08\u00a0jours, \u00e0 sa demande d\u2019organisation de la visite d\u2019information et de pr\u00e9vention ou s\u2019il l\u2019informe que cette visite ne pourra pas se d\u00e9rouler dans le d\u00e9lai exig\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<p>Avant la visite d\u2019information et de pr\u00e9vention, l\u2019employeur doit adresser au <strong>m\u00e9decin exer\u00e7ant en secteur ambulatoire<\/strong> la fiche de poste de son apprenti ou tout document pr\u00e9cisant les t\u00e2ches qui lui sont confi\u00e9es et les conditions dans lesquelles elles sont effectu\u00e9es, ainsi que les coordonn\u00e9es de son service de sant\u00e9 au travail.
